Shipping policy

We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 hours (during sales, dispatch may take 24 to 48 hours) on business days. However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.

We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000/-. For all other orders, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250/- will be charged.

For nationwide delivery, we use Leopard, PostEx & TCS services.

The projected delivery time for all orders is 3-5 business days.
